hello, i’m laura

I've spent over 30 years leading some of the world's most recognised luxury retail businesses, from managing small teams to overseeing operations with thousands of employees. Along the way, I've learnt just how much the right leadership, guidance and belief in people can influence what they're capable of achieving.

Today, I draw on that experience through executive coaching and mentoring, corporate workshops and keynote speaking. Whether I'm supporting an individual through a challenging period in their career, helping an organisation develop its people or sharing my experiences with a wider audience, I bring practical insight, honest perspective and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
